Random

You know how you think your kids are dang cute, but you find yourself just smiling at them and wishing they would stay your little ones forever?

Where has my camera been these last few months?
I truly feel like I've been going insane with the twins tearing everything apart all day long. Well, I'm going to try turning a leaf - it's a pretty big one: cope with everything better, more pictures, more enjoying them, more smiling.

Elder Uchdorf's message last night was pretty powerful for me... he prepared his talk just for yours truly. Got to create some beautiful things from unorganized matter - The first thing is a happier home. =)
So here are some random pictures of D-Rock and the twinners.

Daddy put shaving gel on the table for the cars to drive in...
Derek talked about this for days after.

This works out nicely at Ridley's =)

They are like, the cutest.

And no one has to teach you, even when it's your first Oreo, that you open it and eat the cream.

Halle's mesmerized by this awesome horse
Have to get Keekers in there, too!

Holy Cow August

OK, Thank you Jana for the prompt... she's getting tired of seeing the same old entry from July! But I have to apologize to my Levie family because the pictures I put in our Levie Link (family newsletter put out by my awesome SIL Martha) are really the highlights of the last month, so here they are again! I promise to mix it up in the future!

Daddy fishing trip the week before school

Family vacation to hotel & Lagoon... a whole 35 minutes from home!

Derek & Morgan rode everything they could together at Lagoon, palling around together all day.

I was so proud of 3 year old D, going on what he thought were the scary rides, like the Dinosaur Egg Drop

Breakfast in bed for the Princess-for-a-Day
8 year old Carlie

Miranda started 5th grade and Carlie started 2nd!

Breakfast in Bed for 6 year old Lucky Duck Morgan

And first day of Kindergarten for the big little man!

Carlin's baptism was so sweet. She has such a sweetness and sparkle to her. I was so proud of her and her understanding of why she was baptized and what it means for her.

And here are our family members who came to be with us! BYU game at the house afterward, etc. It was a great day together.

The next day, we attended my brother Aaron's little boy Jacob's baby blessing. What a great weekend!!!!
And that's it.
If Halle & Kierste can get through this teething, crying, tearing the house apart stage, I can have some sanity... hmmm... sanity. Would that be loverly.
