I forgot to say last time that Connor went skiing with Dad. =) Instead of lessons, Dad stayed with him, and they had so much fun.
Pinewood Derby happened. :) I only broke down 1.5 times. Success!!!
Dad turned 44:
He got these LEGO Stormtrooper keychains he had his eye on, Star Wars waffle makers,
and our pièce de résistance:
We tried ordering a full-size Stormtrooper Blaster on Amazon, and it cost enough that we thought FOR SURE it was full size, and it ended up being a "To Scale Replica..."
Nice little collector's item in a display case. Lame.
Ok. I GOT CONTACTS. TWO DAYS of wrestling them into my eyes... pretty proud. I could never do it before, so finally, on my 3rd prescription, I actually got them in. And out, which turns out to be just as much of a wrestle with myself. Ugh.
The kids played in a wind storm with Nathan,
And a good slobbery kiss picture:
Oh Kiddo. People ask me how you're doing, and I'm able to tell them that you're doing amazing. That you're having struggles and learning such great things, and being so strong. I'm so proud of you and the work you're doing. I'm so proud of your perspective and your determination to be the best You you can be. =) Thank you for being such a strong example of gospel living to our family. We look up to you, pray for you in every prayer, and think of you all the time.
LOVE YOU!!!! Mom
